Thrive Therapy ABA Philadelphia is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to supervise, train staff, and develop tailored ABA programs for clients in person. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and the option for full- or part-time hours with flexibility on scheduling and locations.

The LBS will oversee technicians, conduct weekly training, plan individualized clinical programs, and track progress over time.

Qualifikationen

• License/Certification: Behavior Specialist License (Required)
• Competence in supervising behavior technicians and implementing ABA principles.
• Ability to develop individualized clinical programs and monitor effectiveness.

Thrive Therapy Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) Competitive hourly rate Immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly.

LBS's role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff

• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs

• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness

• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles

• Assessment of client progress over time

• Flexible scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour based on experience
