Thrive Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team in Philadelphia. The role offers hybrid remote options and flexibility with full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements.

As a BCBA, you will supervise technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, train parents, and monitor client progress in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
• Ability to develop individualized clinical programs and monitor effectiveness.
• Ability to train parents and conduct weekly sessions.
• Ability to assess client progress over time.
• Flexible scheduling and hybrid in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

BCBAs role includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia
