The LBS will supervise staff, train teams, develop treatment plans, and conduct ongoing progress assessments while engaging families with weekly ABA training sessions. Flexible scheduling and in-person work are available.

Qualifications

• LBS license is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians is preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train, and supervise treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Oversee supervision of behavior technicians with weekly hands-on training.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and assess effectiveness.
