TCA Health in Chicago, IL is seeking licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, families, and groups within our integrated care model alongside primary care.

Requirements include an MSW/LCPC/LCSW or equivalent, valid IL license, and experience with DSM criteria. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois LCSW or LCPC license.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent license.
• Working knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria.
• Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress toward goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Assess crises and apply appropriate interventions and safety planning.
• Identify at-risk patients and develop prevention plans.
• Collaborate with primary care and care coordination for integrated care.
• Make referrals and connect patients with community resources.
• Document patient interactions and referrals accurately and on time.
• Complete required statistical and productivity reports.
• Participate in department meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
