AtlantiCare in Atlantic City seeks a Therapist/Licensed Independent Practitioner to provide individual, family, group, and addiction therapies within the privileges granted. You will assess, plan, and document treatment for diverse client populations in a behavioral health setting.

The role requires Masters in behavioral health and an active LCSW/LPC license, with experience in a behavioral health environment. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits program is offered.

Qualificações

• Masters Degree in behavioral health required.
• Valid LCSW or LPC license required.
• Two years in behavioral health setting with the population served.

Responsabilidades

• Complete bio-psychosocial assessments and prepare comprehensive treatment plans for new admissions.
• Engage support systems and referral sources in assessment process.
• Provide basic case management and document treatment.
• Provide supervision to staff as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide services for assigned age/disability group.
• Develop Master Treatment Plans with goals and involvement.
• Provide individual, family, couples, group psychotherapy and substance abuse therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and interagency coordination of services.
