AtlantiCare Behavioral Health in Hammonton is seeking a Therapist I (Addictions) to deliver assessment, individual, group and family sessions under supervision. The role includes developing treatment plans and coordinating with referral sources.

Qualifications include a Master's in behavioral health with NJ LAC or NJ LSW licensure, a CADC/LCADC or active pursuit, and at least two years in an addiction counseling setting. This is a full-time position with a focus on program development.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health with NJ LAC or NJ LSW licensure required.
• Two years in behavioral health setting with addiction counseling experience.
• Must have an active CADC/LCADC or be in the process of receiving CADC/LCADC.
• LPC/LCSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide addiction services including assessment, group, individual, and family sessions.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and progress notes.
• Coordinate with internal and external referral sources and funding agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Document all client interactions and maintain timely records.
