Job summary

Qualifications

• California license as LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist.
• Experience with trauma and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individuals 18+ and youth 17 and under (as needed).
• Provide high level of customer service for internal and external partners and clients.
• Develop effective treatment plans to meet client goals.
• Maintain documentation meeting confidentiality and legal standards.
• Supervise therapists, interns, and other staff; provide training on trauma and assessment/intervention strategies.
