452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV. seeks a Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator in Tulsa, a full-time role in the Social Work Dept. You will supervise staff and coordinate care to help clients meet recovery goals within an evidence-based framework.

Requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field and Oklahoma licensure; plus several years of post‑master's experience. Strong collaboration and crisis intervention skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• Must be a licensed practitioner in Oklahoma (various boards).
• Plus three years post-master's experience in providing professional behavioral services.

Responsibilities

• Supervising designated staff to ensure high quality, integrated, care.
• Direct clinical operations to meet recovery and wellness outcomes.
• Develop treatment plans with individuals/families and a clinical team.
• Provide individual, group and family counseling with fidelity to evidence-based approaches.
• Participate in on-call rotations and interdisciplinary staffing.
