Job summary

ODMHSAS is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator at Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health. The role supervises staff, directs operations to meet recovery goals, and delivers culturally responsive services.

Interview individuals via telehealth or in-person, develop treatment plans with families, and ensure evidence-based assessments and counseling are provided. Requires a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and an OK license, plus several years of post-master's

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field, licensed to practice by OK boards.
• Three (3) years of post-master's experience providing professional behavioral services in a state approved facility or similar entity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise designated staff to develop high quality, integrated, and individualized care.
• Direct operations and services to achieve self-identified goals and recovery/wellness outcomes.
• Provide culturally and linguistically responsive services and reduce disparities in access.
• Interview individuals and families via telehealth or in-person; develop treatment plans with a clinical team.
• Ensure assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention are provided with fidelity to evidence-based approaches.

Education

Master's degree in psychology / social work / counseling (or closely related field)
