Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator in Tulsa. You will supervise staff, direct clinical operations, and ensure culturally responsive services aligned with recovery goals.

Telehealth and in-person interviews will inform treatment plans with a clinical team. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant field and licensure, with several years of professional behavioral health experience.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• License to practice in Oklahoma (various boards) preferred
• Minimum 3 years post-master's experience in professional behavioral services.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise designated staff to develop high quality, integrated care.
• Direct operations to achieve individualized recovery and wellness outcomes.
• Conduct telehealth and in-person assessments to explore needs and resources.
• Develop treatment plans with individuals and families and clinical team.
• Provide on-call coverage as part of rotation and ensure continuity of care.
