Job summary

State of Oklahoma, Tulsa Center Behavioral Health, is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or Candidate to provide behavioral health services to adults with severe mental illness and/or substance use challenges. You will join a triage team, perform evaluations, referrals, and concise therapeutic interventions, and help with intake and documentation.

The role offers a clear licensure pathway with salary ranges based on licensure status, Monday–Friday hours, and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma (LBHP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBPr, LADC, etc.).
• Active board-approved supervision required if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health evaluations and referrals.
• Prepare LMHP statements and brief therapeutic interventions (crisis stabilization).
• Develop safety/wellness plans and assist with intake forms and documentation for screening or treatment evaluation.
