Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers in Lawton, OK, is seeking a licensed mental health professional to lead integrated clinical teams and coordinate services across partners. The role emphasizes supervision, licensure oversight, and quality improvement.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health or substance abuse field, state licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or substance abuse from an accredited university.
• Oklahoma State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
• Two years of professional clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services with care teams, clinics, CSU, URC and community partners.
• Provide monthly supervision and clinical consultation to staff; oversee licensure where applicable.
• Promote quality improvement with the Director of Outpatient Services and implement disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Coordinate crisis intervention during and after hours; ensure consumer needs are addressed.
• Support staff planning, performance evaluation, and timely documentation of services.
