Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) to provide behavioral health assessment, intervention, and consultation under supervision. The role includes crisis evaluation, treatment planning, and coordination with community agencies and healthcare partners.

Licensure requirements include LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist per IDFPR, with a minimum of two years in behavioral health.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
Licensed professional licenses (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist) per IDFPR.
2 years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
Completes treatment plans with patients, setting goals and objectives.
Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups.
Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for high-risk clients.
Maintains records per policy and regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and Medicaid requirements.
Acts as liaison between community and patient needs, coordinating with agencies, PCPs, court systems, and managed-care entities.
Meets clinical productivity standards and documentation/compliance requirements.
May supervise clinicians or students and participate in trainings.
