Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
• Completes treatment plans with patient goals aligned to assessments.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory oversight.
