Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for individuals and groups with behavioral health needs under supervision. The role includes crisis evaluation and coordinating treatment plans with patients and care teams.

The LBHP must hold relevant licenses (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist) and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, with at least two years of behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degrees in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience required.
• LCPC/LCSW/LMFT or psychologist licensure is required or anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines treatment needs with patients.
• Develops treatment plans with goals aligned to assessments.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response and crisis services for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policies and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.).
• Coordinates with community agencies, primary care, court system, and managed-care entities.
