Job summary

Based within UnityPlace, the LBHP will work under supervision and may support students or staff training, contributing to high-quality care for diverse patient groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree Social Work.
• Master’s Degree Psychology.
• Master’s Degree Counseling.
• Master’s Degree Related Field.
• 2 yrs of Behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs with patients.
• Completes treatment plan with goals connected to assessed needs.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as liaison between community and patient needs; coordinates with care providers and agencies.
• Meets clinical productivity standards and documentation compliance.
• May supervise clinicians or students and participate in trainings.
