Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Three (3) years’ post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LHP) in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused clinical services within primary care behavioral health and specialty care.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic approaches and behavior change planning.
• Conduct mental health assessments using DSM, PHQ-9, and related tools.
• Coordinate care with medical and behavioral health teams and community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records and documentation.
