Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation to individuals and groups with behavioral health needs in Virginia Beach. Qualifications

• Must hold LCPC/LCSW/LMFT or licensed psychologist licensure per IDFPR.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Ability to perform diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments, collects diagnostic information, and determines immediate treatment plan needs with patients.
• Completes treatment plans with patient, identifying goals/objectives tied to assessment.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records in accordance with UnityPlace policies and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as liaison between the community and patient needs; coordinates with community agencies and care providers.
