Qualifications

• Must hold LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist licenses as per IDFPR.
• Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
• Completes treatment plans with patient goals/objectives.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory standards.
• Acts as liaison between community and patient needs; coordinates with care providers.
