Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians may hold LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist licenses.
• Master's degrees in social work, psychology, counseling or related field are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines treatment plan needs with patients.
• Develops treatment plans with patient goals and objectives.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams when clients are in danger.
• Maintains records per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaisons with community agencies, primary care, court system, and managed-care entities.
