• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for at-risk clients.
• Maintains records per UnityPlace policies and external oversight requirements.
• Acts as liaison between community and patient needs, coordinating with agencies and care providers.
