Qualifications

• Licensed clinical licenses required by Illinois IDs (IDFPR).

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and establishes immediate treatment needs with patients.
• Develops treatment plans with patient goals and objectives.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families and groups.
• Coordinates with crisis services for patients who may be in danger to self or others.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory standards.
