Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide assessments, therapy, and crisis evaluation. You will coordinate treatment plans, maintain compliant records, and liaise with community partners to ensure integrated care for patients with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold applicable professional licensure in IL through IDFPR and relevant certs.
• Two years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Extensive documentation and compliance with Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
• Develops treatment plans with patient goals aligned to assessments.
• Delivers behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinates with emergency/crisis services for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates treatment goals with community agencies, physicians, and managed-care entities.
• May supervise clinicians and students; participates in training.
