Responsible for the oversight of the clinical services within RTR's residential and day program settings. This role partners closely with program leadership and interdisciplinary clinical teams to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral supports that enhance quality of life, promote independence, and strengthen staff capacity. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, experience with positive behavioral supports, and a commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Master’s Degree & Independently Licensed clinician (i.e. BCBA, LABA, LICSW, LMHC)
Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with various developmental, intellectual and emotional disabilities.
Minimum of three years of training, including post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in function based behavioral assessment and treatment.
Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) preferred
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies.
