Mentor South Bay in the Northeast region seeks a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our Early Intervention and ABA services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. You will work in a dynamic team to observe and analyze behavior challenges and develop evidence-based plans.

The role emphasizes functional behavioral assessments, individualized treatment plans, training staff, and applying creativity to real-life settings—home, work, and community—while upholding a compassionate, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification and LBA license required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
