Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Pennsylvania seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide ABA services in center-based, school, home and community environments. The role includes administering assessments, creating BSPs and supervising staff, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field (ABA preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) with individuals under 21.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours of in-person clinical ABA experience.
• Experience delivering ABA in center-based, home, and community settings.
• Knowledge of PA IBHS regulations for ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior consultation in center-based, school, home and community settings.
• Administer VB-MAPP, Essentials for Living, FBA and FBA-type assessments.
• Create behavior support plans (BSP) for children on caseload.
• Supervise staff and families through observation and meetings.
• Implement data collection and adjust treatment by data-based decisions.
• Document progress toward goals as required.
• Visit children in-home or at school for assessments and reassessments.
• Complete documentation from ITP to discharge for caseload.
• Train Behavior Technicians in applying behavioral principles.
