Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our Philadelphia team. Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LBS license required.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians; provide weekly hands-on training and monitor programs.
• Develop and implement individualized clinical treatment plans and assess effectiveness.
• Conduct parent training sessions to teach ABA principles.
• Assess client progress over time and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and travel between locations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families while coordinating with staff.

LBS's duties includes:

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations
