Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Specialist credentials required.
• Minimum of one year ABA experience.
• Ability to work with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing data.
• Lead the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team as lead member.
• Consult with parents and other team members and provide therapeutic programming materials.
• Maintain timely communication with family, Sevita and agencies responsible for youth’s treatment.
• Complete documentation including treatment planning, progress notes, monthly reviews and assessments.
• Plan aftercare and discharge services; participate in peer review.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the contract.

LBS/LBA/LPC/LSW/LCSW/BSL/LMFT certifications
