Job summary

Access Services is hiring a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist to develop treatment plans and authorization documentation for children and adolescents and/or adults in schools, homes, and community locations. The role offers a base salary of $78,000 with 30 billable hours per week and an uncapped incentive paid monthly for hours beyond threshold.

This full-time opportunity supports BCBA candidates seeking supervised fieldwork hours, with daytime hours primarily in school settings and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or counseling field.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA prior to hire.
• 13 Hour Functional Behavior Assessment through ODP completed prior to hire.
• One year of experience providing behavioral health services (post masters) preferred.
• Strong foundation of Behavior Analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individualized clinical documentation identifying target/replacement behaviors and plan interventions.
• Establish discharge criteria and robust discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Lead treatment team and ensure communication across stakeholders.
