Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide clinical leadership, supervise BHTs and RBTs, and deliver ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, family collaboration, and adherence to IBHS and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in psychology, special education, ABA or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavioral treatment plans.
• Proficiency with ABA practice management and data collection platforms; CentralReach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills-based assessments and reassessments to establish baselines and targets.
• Perform FBAs and develop evidence-based BIPs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain documentation.
• Provide ABA services and supervision in line with BACB ethics and IBHS policies.
