Job summary

Access Services provides support in schools, homes, and community settings. We seek a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA to develop treatment plans and documentation for clients across lifespan, with a daytime school-based schedule and 30 billable hours weekly.

The role offers a $78,000 salary and an uncapped incentive of $30 per billable hour over 128 in a 4-week cycle, plus a competitive benefits package. BCBA candidates are encouraged to apply for supervised fieldwork hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, ABA, or counseling.
• PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required.
• 13 Hour Functional Behavior Assessment through ODP completed prior to hire.
• One year of post-master’s experience preferred.
• Strong behavior analytic foundation; bilingual notes in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individualized clinical documentation with target/replacement behaviors and interventions.
• Design and monitor treatment/behavior plans with intervention team.
• Establish discharge criteria and robust discharge plans for clients and families.
• Lead the treatment team, ensure stakeholder communication and skills generalization.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain 30 billable hours weekly.
