Job summary

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant to join our Wyomissing, PA team. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and a generous benefits package including PTO and holidays.

You will conduct behavior assessments, develop intervention plans, supervise ABA Therapists, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with autism and related conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Licensure as a Behavior Specialist is required.
• 2+ years of experience with individuals diagnosed with autism.
• 2 years post-master’s experience with maladaptive behavior in school and home environments.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and related therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up behavior assessments.
• Supervise ABA Therapists and provide field supervision on-site, at home, and in schools.
• Develop intervention plans and write reports compliant with standards.
• Provide parent, school personnel and staff training on ABA strategies.
