Job summary

Friendship House is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical direction for services to children, youth, and young adults in Scranton, PA. The role includes developing and revising the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) and overseeing its implementation, with ABA-based assessments and the creation of behavior plans for caregivers and staff.

Applicants must hold a relevant professional license (psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LBS, or CNRP) and have BCBA/BCaBA credentials or documented ABA

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals with ABA credentials required.
• Must hold one of: Psychology, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LBS or CNRP.
• Experience or ability to apply BCBA/BCaBA credentials is required.

Job DetailsJob Location: Scranton, PA 18503Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 Salary/year

To provide clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult, develop and revise the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), oversight of the implementation of the ITP and consultation with a child’s, youth’s or young adult’s treatment team regarding the ITP. For BC-ABA position – requires application of ABA based assessments and interventions and the development of behavior plans, which include teaching methods for caregivers, teachers, BHT-ABA’s and other relevant stakeholders in an individual and or group, based format.

Qualifications

Be a Licensed Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Behavior Specialist (LBS) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CNRP) AND have one of the following:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) OR
• 1 year minimum FTE providing ABA services & 12 ABA credits from an accredited institution OR
• 1 year minimum FTE providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA & a minimum of 40 hours of ABA training via a Dept. approved entity or the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
