Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Master's Degree or current grad enrollment in ABA/Education preferred.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in client interactions.
• Supports staff and contributes ideas and duties.
• Conducts in-home supervision bi-weekly or monthly.
• Participates in staff training programs to increase skills.
• Develops program plans and weekly instructional activities.
• Writes progress reports and other written assignments.
• Communicates professionally with parents and professionals.
• Trains parents and caregivers in ABA principles.
• Collaborates with adjunctive service providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision in home environments on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Design behavior and individual support plans with a BCBA.
• Run programs weekly to ensure mastery and data collection.
• Record daily data, observations, and progress notes.
• Prepare progress reports and respond to requested assignments.
• Train parents and caregivers in implementing ABA procedures.
• Collaborate with therapists, consultants, and families.
