Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation for members with challenging behaviors. You will develop and implement individualized behavior support plans to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing and overseeing PBSPs, observing clients, collecting data, training staff, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology required and full licensure in NC.
• Criminal background check clearance and NCTracks profile are required.
• Active NPI number, CAQH, and professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1M/$3M.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans for members with challenging behaviors.
• Observe clients, record and analyze data, and monitor plan implementation.
• Assess progress and revise PBSPs to reduce target behaviors.
• Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers.
• Independently manage a caseload and collaborate with the care team.
• Utilize tele-consultation as needed.
