Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor in Arcadia, CA for a part-time, hourly role. You will guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio, perform services, educate on trends, and promote a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Active licensure is required; 1–3 years in a similar role is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork among staff and clients.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
