The position requires an active state license for waxing, makeup, and lash applications, 1–3 years of experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work in a collaborative team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience.
