Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing and makeup services in the state where performed.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail/service setting.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals and rebooking services.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store team.
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
