Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for our Camarillo, CA store.

This part-time role focuses on guiding clients through beauty services, makeup and related products, while maintaining licensure and hygiene standards. The position requires an active state license, 1–3 years experience in a service or retail setting, and strong knowledge of beauty trends; the candidate should be a team player with excellent client service skills and be available for peak hours including nights

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application in the state of performance.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals, providing and rebooking beauty services, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora’s menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health/safety standards.
