Job summary

CVS Health seeks a licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty services and personalized product advice in-store, driving sales and ensuring a world-class customer experience across CVS locations.

You will represent CVS and partner brands, perform ear-piercing services where required, educate customers on product usage, and maintain attractive displays while meeting service and sales goals. This full-time role includes a flexible schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state you will be working.
• Active license displayed during working hours as mandated.
• Ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services in all CVS stores.
• Must pass required skills assessments and training for paid service options.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and peak hours.
• Eligible to work at CVS stores and travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs and upsell.
• Represent CVS and partner brands; maintain high service standards.
• Perform ear-piercing and other in-store services where required.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits to drive conversion.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Participate in sales programs and events.
• Maintain clean, stocked, compliant display areas.
