Requires current Cosmetology/Esthetician license, ability to perform ear-piercing, and strong sales/customer-service skills. Flexible retail hours including peak times; travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the working state.
• Active license must be displayed during working hours.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services in all stores.
• Must pass required skills assessments and training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty service and product guidance to drive sales.
• Upsell and promote CVS and partner beauty services and events.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays and promotions.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked and compliant work zone.
• Remain knowledgeable on latest beauty trends and techniques.
