Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty services and personalized product recommendations in-store. You will engage customers with brand knowledge, manage consultations, and promote CVS Beauty Club programs to close sales.

The role requires a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license, the ability to perform ear-piercing services, and a flexible retail schedule including peak hours.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state you will be working.
• Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times and display during working hours.
• CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must perform ear-piercing services in all stores.
• Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses.
• Ability to use sales data with product knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours and Peak hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class beauty advisor service and upsell based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate proper product usage and highlight features/benefits to drive purchases.
• Maintain displays, hygiene, and promotional materials across assigned area.
• Represent CVS and partner brands and participate in events.
• Attend training to stay current on products and services.
