CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver world-class beauty service in-store, sharing trends and techniques while guiding customers to the best products and services.

You must hold a Cosmetology/Esthetician license, be able to perform ear piercing, maintain a professional appearance, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends; you will work with CVS and partner brands to build the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state you will be working.
• Must maintain active license and display during working hours.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other in-store services.
• Pass all required skills assessments and training courses.
• Ability to use sales data with product knowledge to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Seek out customers to provide world-class beauty advisor experience.
• Provide personalized sales service with upselling and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales basket.
• Engage customers with CVS services, Beauty Club, and promotions.
• Represent CVS and partner brands and maintain high service standards.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits to drive conversions.
• Manage time between consultations, services and walk-ins.
• Display and uphold cosmetology/esthetics license during work hours.
