Qualifications

• Must possess a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state you will work.
• Active Cosmetology/Esthetician license must be displayed during working hours.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services in all stores.
• Pass all required skills assessments and training courses.
• Use sales data with product knowledge to meet sales/beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish in some stores may be required.

Responsibilities

• Seek out customers to ensure a world-class beauty advisor experience.
• Provide personalized sales service, upsell and suggestive selling.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits to drive purchases.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Represent CVS in sales programs and events.
