Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty services and personalized product advice in-store. You will drive sales through consultative service and by promoting CVS Beauty Club programs and promotions, while representing CVS and partner brands with the highest standards of care.

You will perform all beauty services offered, including ear-piercing where applicable, and maintain compliance with licensing requirements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state where you will work.
• License must be active and displayed during working hours as required by state.
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other in-store services where offered.
• Customer-facing roles require client education and product knowledge to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class beauty advisor experience and personalized sales service.
• Engage customers with CVS promotions, events and Beauty Club programs to close sales.
• Represent CVS and partner brands while maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrate product usage, features, and benefits to drive conversion.
• Manage time between consultations, services and walk-ins; maintain license visibility.
