Job summary

Sephora Greenwich is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time shifts in Greenwich, CT. You will guide clients through beauty services, provide makeup and waxing, and recommend products to fit individual needs, delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Active state license required; 1–3 years of service experience preferred. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong team support, and opportunities to grow within the Sephora Beauty Studio.

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash applications in the state where services are performed.
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services and selling products.
Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licenses and uphold hygiene standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
Follow Sephora policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
