Job summary

Sephora Greenwich is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to join the Beauty Studio. You will perform makeup, waxing and related services, educate clients on trends, and drive sales while upholding hygiene and licensure standards.

This role requires an active license in the state, 1–3 years of experience, and a team‑oriented attitude. The position is part-time with potential for peak-hour coverage and personal growth within Sephora’s inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role or in beauty/retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative and goal‑oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing and product sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Promote inclusiveness and teamwork and follow Sephora policies.
• Be available for peak operation times including nights, weekends and holidays.
