Job summary

Sephora at Danbury Fair (CT) is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours. You will guide clients through makeup services, waxing, and beauty treatments, while staying current on trends and product knowledge.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include performing services, rebooking clients, and maintaining licensure and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; follow health and safety protocols.
