Job summary

Sephora Greenwich is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients in the Beauty Studio and beyond, delivering education, inspiration, and exceptional service. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other services, keeping licensure current and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Must hold an active license in the state, with 1–3 years of related experience, strong product knowledge, and a passion for delivering personalized client service.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and related services in the state where performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by assisting and rebooking clients, providing services, and selling products
• Perform beauty services (makeup, waxing) per Sephora menu and stay informed on trends
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
