Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1-3 years of experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals, rebooking services, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing and other services from Sephora’s menu and stay updated on trends.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Follow Sephora standards to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
